About Kevin

For me, it's more than just finding and selling properties. I understand the passion the residents of this area feel about their home as I share it myself.

In 1992, I moved from London, England to Seminole, Florida because of the incredible location just minutes from the beautiful Gulf Beaches. Midway between Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Plus, excellent schools which was a very important consideration for me and my family. Although I came to this country a Registered Nurse, I was swept up by the passion to buy and sell real estate on a full time basis, so I devoted my energies to getting my license and in 2004 I became a full time Realtor.
There is nothing more exciting to me than helping people relocate to this area from within the USA or from another country. I remember how challenging an experience it was coming from England and I have dedicated my time since arriving in getting to know the surrounding area and the people who make up our wonderful communities. Today, I have two sons in the military which makes it an honor to help those in our armed services. Plus, a daughter in university.
Whether you need a small condo or a large , multi-million dollar mansion. I treat all of my customers with the same dignity and respect. There is no need for me to be pushy or aggressive with buyers because I understand you need time to find the perfect home and we have them here. I also hold the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation which is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
I also have plenty of experience when it comes to foreclosures and short sales. Plus, I am recognized as an expert in this field by the National Association of Realtors and hold the Short sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation.
